ASK Mr D. - ANYTHING!

In light this year's ConVENTion "Year of Maher", I've begun making note of some of the events and happenings experienced on this my double-talk journey.    50+ years involved with ventriloquists and ventriloquism.  Now I'm attempting to dust off forgotten memories.  Relive favorite happenings.
I'm enjoying the process, but could use your help.  If you could ask me any question(s) about Maher Studios, my career, or similar, what would you ask?  I could use some prompting from the wings!

I am so very interested in learning about your personal career.

I would like to know if you would provide us with an overview of of your personal history as a ventriloquist, as well as a craftsman and Master figure builder. This would allow me to ask more 'educated' questions.

Can we see any videos of you as a performer?

If your performance as a ventriloquist is half as good as your craftsmanship (of which I have no doubt), then you must also truly be amazing as a ventriloquist.

This is going to be so exciting.

What I do know about you (i.e.what I have learned about you through this blog and through dealing with you personally), causes me to hold you in very high regard and esteem, Mr. D. I have also learned through this blog, that the entire vent community does as well! Thank you so much for all that you do for us, Mr. D.

I also consider you to be a very dear friend.

May God bless you in every way in 2013 and in the years to come.

Clinton, I purchased my Clipper figure from you about 14yrs ago in Littleton. I adore him. I know you have a Clipper and was wondering if you have made any adjustments to the length of his arms or legs to make him a little more propotional?? If you have any recomendations for Clipper I would be more than interested in hearing about it.. I agree with the above statement and would like to thank you and your family for all you have done for the vent community and all the guidance and advice you have given me in my efforts as a figure builder. I wish you nothing but the best, your friend. Dave Ferdinand
