We leave this blog up to honor Clinton Detweiler's career as a ventriloquist, instructor, and figuremaker.
I bought my Clipper figure from you years ago. I have to say the chin gap on him is a very nice fit. Clipper figures are few and far between. I will be watching to see how things turn out and how the auction goes! maybe even bid... Dave Ferdinand
Every mouth is individually mounted and the axle positions can vary slightly. That is what determines the fit and swing of the mouth. This one wasn't one of the best fits, but it is working nicely now. Two coats of paint are on- I'll give it the final coat tomorrow. Excited to see the results myself!
I'm interested in your clipper figure. What animations will he have? I would like to see some pictures as he is completed if possible? Thanks
He has the standard turning head and side to side eyes. Plus raising eyebrows. (No winker/blinkers.) I hope to have finished pictures later this week.
