This figure with head of fibre glass was made by Rick Price, 1994. The figure's current owner, Cal Freeman, shipped the figure to me with specific instructions on modifications and additions desired, including the addition of raising eyebrows, new paint job, and a new wig. The intended goal was to remake the character as a surfer-dude.
