Newsy Vents, published by Madeleine Maher was the first ventriloquist newsletter I was introduced to as a vent, and Vent-O-Gram published by the Berlin Brothers was the second. And it was through an ad insert that accompanied the first issue of Vent-O-Gram I received, that I learned the Maher School was for sale. So as I peruse the pages of any Vent-O-Gram issue, I do so with a variety of fond memories! I'll have four individual issues for sale (eBay) over the next four days beginning with this one, Nov/Dec 196,8 with England's Len Belmont featured on the cover with his pal "Charlie Cherrywood".
