This photo is unmarked, but I have heard from several readers who have correctly identified the ventriloquist as Megumi Takahashi with her vent figure, Taka-Chan. Thank you.

Clinton, the name of this lady is Megumi Takahashi... according to "The Maher Messenger", issue # 18, pages 1 and 3, June 1996. As soon as I saw the photo I knew I saw it in one of the very first issues I received... There is a little writing on her but it doesn't mention the name of the figure. You are welcome! Ha ha ha!
