I started in Magic then Balloons and Ventriloquism ALL because of the Death of Shari Lewis. I adored her when I was a child and loved what she did for All the Children of the World by bringing SMILES, Joy and Happiness to us thru her talented performances! I will always have a special place for her in my heart for being such a special person!

I have had the pleasure and happy memories of watching this lovely lady and her sock puppets Lamb Chop, Hush Puppy and Charlie Horse while growing up in the 50s and 60s. If this lady was still alive today I feel that her brand of entertainment would still capture a TV audience...Your missed very much, thank goodness your daughter is carrying on your legacy.
