As a past collector of postage stamps as well as an Edgar Bergen fan, I love this piece! In 1991 the US Postal Service released a pane of four Comedians stamps with artwork by Hirschfeld. This is a simulated First Day Cover of the one stamp from the set which featured Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy.A mint uncancelled 29 cent Bergen & McCarthy stamp is mounted in the upper right corner of the display. And the address area features a repro-autograph of Edgar Bergen where he signed both his name as well as Charlies. The overall size of the framed and matted piece is 10"x12".
